NCI Interiors has delivered more than 1,000 interior design and fit-out projects across Dubai and the UAE over 25 years, for more than 300 clients. Below is a selection of recent work — private villas and master suites, retail and jewellery showrooms, and institutional interiors. Each project shows what we were asked to do, how the space was designed, and whether we handled design only or design and execution.
Residential
Bin Haider Master Suite — Al Khawaneej, Dubai
A luxury classic French master suite — bedroom, lobby, dressing room and washroom — drawn from 17th and 18th century French palace interiors and reworked around traditional UAE seating. Design, ongoing.
Khawaneej Villa — Dubai
A contemporary family villa in travertine, oak and soft plaster tones, with the detail concentrated in joinery and concealed lighting. Design and execution, ongoing.
Retail
JB Jewelry Shop — Sharjah
A narrow jewellery retail unit turned into a display-led showroom in white, champagne gold and marble, with backlit arched display walls and a brand-anchored back wall. Design.
Commercial and institutional
Jumeira University Lobby
A double-height arrival hall in travertine, marble and warm timber, with a planted central banquette and bilingual signage. Design and execution.

How we work
Most of our projects fall into one of three arrangements:
- Design — concept design, space planning, 3D visualisation, MEP design and construction drawings, handed to the client or to a separate contractor.
- Turnkey — design and execution under one team, including joinery and fabrication, furniture procurement, IT and smart media.
- Project management — authority approvals, contract and cost management, and site supervision on a project someone else designed.
